Sonova Excellence & Innovation Award

Process Improvement of the Year — 2026. I was named technical lead of the global D2C migration programme — owning the architecture, technical decisions, and implementation for the 36-market Shopify Plus rollout. The resulting award, for the migration and the process transformation behind it, was presented at the Future of Audio Conference in May 2026.

The programme itself was a cross-regional effort — three regional e-commerce leads across the Americas, Europe, and APAC & MEA — and the award was shared across that team. What made it meaningful: owning the technical backbone of something built together, wave by wave, without losing a single trading day.

I've been speaking about digital commerce in Asia for over a decade — from early conference panels to invite-only e-commerce leadership events. Topics I speak on: DTC growth in APAC, platform transformation, conversion and customer experience, and AI in commerce operations. Two decades of band stages mean the microphone has never scared me.
